This pizookie is a gooey chocolate chip cookie pizza made in a cast iron skillet then served warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream. It's easy to make at home!

Ingredients
16.5
ounces
cookie dough
(homemade or store-bought)

scoops
vanilla ice cream
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
Optional: Hot fudge for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare cookie dough according to directions or use pre-made dough.
Press dough firmly into a 8 or 10" cast iron skillet. I like to add extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until barely crisp around the edges but still gooey on the inside.
Top with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips and hot fudge. Serve while warm.
