These healthy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are chewy and easy to make in bowl. They are gluten-free, dairy free and sugar free with plenty of chocolate and oats!

Ingredients
1large ripe banana
1cupquick oats
⅛teaspoonground cinnamon
pinchof salt
Optional mix ins: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, scoop of protein powder
Instructions
Prep. Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mash 1 banana. Mix in pinch of salt and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Then stir in 1 cup oats and any desired add-in's. Mix until combined.
Bake. Place the dough onto a greased cookie sheet by the spoonful. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
