This Halloween Chex mixis sweet, crunchy and feeds a crowd! Everyone always loves this addicting monster munch with cereal, pretzels and candy coated in white chocolate.

Ingredients
3cupsChex, rice or corn
2cupsCheerios
1-2cupspretzel sticks, broken in half
1cupFall M&M's , more for topping
1cupcandy corn
10ounceswhite chocolate, I used Ghirardelli wafers
Halloween sprinkles, optional
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups Chex, 2 cups Cheerios, 1 - 2 cups pretzels, 1 cup candy corn and 1 cup M&M's. Stir until combined.
Melt chocolate: Place 10 ounces white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and then melt in 30 second increments (stirring in between). Do not overcook or it will burn.
Mix together: Next pour the melted chocolate over the chex mix and stir until well coated. Then pour the Chex onto a piece of wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle extra M&M's and Halloween sprinkles on top for color, if desired, while the chocolate is still warm.
Cool: Allow to set until hardened (at least 15 minutes). Store in a zip top bag or covered container. Store on the counter for 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
Notes
Freezer instructions: Place in a sealed container or zip top bag for up to 3 months. Remove 30 minutes before ready to serve.
