Learn how to make crostini
that is crisp, buttery and delicious! Making these homemade toasted slices of baguette is easy, yet impressive with a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

baguette

Tablespoons
olive oil

garlic clove
, peeled and cut in half
Optional: flaked sea salt
Instructions
Prepare
: Preheat oven to 500°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice bread
: Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch slices and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Coat with oil
: Lightly brush both sides of the bread with the olive oil.
Bake:
Bake the bread in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and rub garlic clove over the top of the bread.
