This chocolate dump cake is a rich, decadent chocolate dessert made with chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding mix and chocolate chips. Easy to make, just dump and bake!

Ingredients
1(18-ounce) boxchocolate cake mix
1(5.1-ounce) boxchocolate pudding mix
2 ½cupswhole milk
½ cup (1 stick)salted butter, melted and slightly cooled
For serving: Vanilla ice cream or Whipped cream, Hot fudge sauce, Caramel sauce
Instructions
Prep. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add cake mix and pudding to pan. Pour the 18 ounce dry cake mix into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle the 5.1 ounce box of pudding mix over the top.
Combine milk and butter. In a small bowl, stir together 2 1/2 cups milk and 1/2 cup butter. Pour over the pudding mix. Mix with a fork or whisk just until slightly combined.
Add chocolate chips. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool at least 5 minutes.
Serve. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
Crockpot method: Add ingredients as instructed above. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours. Storage: Store leftovers in a covered container at room temperature up to 3 days.
