What’s on the Menu
We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.
- Sunday: Happy Father’s Day! Easy Steak Marinade and Loaded Potato Salad
- Monday: Parmesan Ranch Chicken, we love this with Broccoli Salad with Bacon
- Tuesday: Cafe Rio Sweet Pork, serve bowl style or wrapped in tortillas
- Wednesday: Easy Pasta Salad with Italian Dressing (Turkey Burgers go great with this!)
- Thursday: Cashew Chicken with Steamed Vegetables
- Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers
- Snack: Pina Colada Smoothie
- Dessert: Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
