No Bake Snickers Pie
One of my FAVORITE easy apple desserts is Snicker salad. It’s just 3 simple ingredients: apples, snickers and cool whip. Amazing right?
Well I decided to take that simple dessert a little further and make a no bake snickers pie! WOWZA! It was quite delicious if I do say so myself. This is the perfect dessert to end summer and start the beginning of fall.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- No-bake. Absolutely no oven required! It’s an easy no-bake dessert recipe that can be prepped in 15 minutes!
- Minimal ingredients. Less than 10 ingredients are needed to make this easy Snickers pie and it can be enjoyed year round!
Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust: Make your own at home or keep it simple with a store bought crust.
- Green apples: A tart green apple holds up well in the Snickers Bar pie and balances the sweetness.
- Caramel: For that delicious caramel taste!
- Snickers: You will need 30 miniature Snickers candy bars.
- Cool whip: You can use store-bought or make your own homemade Cool Whip.
- Cream cheese: Remember to use softened cream cheese as it will combine better with the powdered sugar.
- Powdered sugar: Sweet powdered sugar pairs well to balance the tangy cream cheese in the filling.
How to Make Snickers Pie
- Make creamy filling: Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in Snickers: Fold in cool whip, chopped Snickers and chopped apples. Taste and add more powdered sugar if needed.
- Top and place in fridge to chill: Drizzle pie with caramel and add a few extra Snicker pieces on top. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set. Remove from fridge and top with sliced apples.
No Bake Snickers Bar Pie Variations
- Instead of a graham cracker crumbs crust try an Oreo crust, pretzel pie crust or make a chocolate graham cracker crust instead!
- Use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip. You will need 3 cups.
- For extra caramel flavor, add a drizzle of sauce to the pie crust as well as on top.
- Love peanut butter Snickers pie? Add 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter in with the cream cheese filling and it’s like a peanut butter mousse (nougat).
- For the best Snickers pie recipe, Drizzle chocolate sauce on top along with the caramel sauce and add some chopped peanuts, too, YUM!

OMG snickers apple pie!
It’s one of my favorites and so easy too!
Did you use the entire tub of cool whip, or actually measure out 2.5 cups?
I had a large tub of cool whip so I measured it out, but if you use an 8 oz container you could do the whole thing. It will be a little bit more cool whip but will still work great! :)
Look yummy.
Thank you admin for sharing this recipe , the Snicker caramel is my best thank you again !!
I have a question… I’m wondering if the pie will hold up if you layer the ingredients or if maybe anybody has tried just mixing all the ingredients together and then putting it into the pie crust . I’m just curious to which way would work best in order for the pie to stay together when you cut a slice off.
You could try making it except for the apples and freezing it, and only letting it thaw for 10 minutes, if you’re concerned! :)
I bought the ingredients to make this on thanksgiving but accidently got the regular pie crusts instead of graham cracker crusts… Will it still work?
Sure! Just be certain to par-bake the crust according to their instructions – you don’t want to fill a no-bake pie filling in an unbaked crust! :)
Did you use regular condensed milk or the caramel kind like the picture?
Hi Taylor! This calls for regular sweetened condensed milk AND caramel ice cream topping. :)
Nice Recipes. Thanks for share it.
looks yummy… if substituting cream cheese with the pudding… do you first make the pudding as package directs, or just use it in powder form?
Definitely make the pudding first! :-)
This was delicious and the hit of our BBQ! I mixed all the ingredients as opposed to layering, and it worked out well! Will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing your recipe! ?
looks awesome!! I’ll have to make it! I also love snicker salad but I add one more ingredient than you..I fold a jar of marshmallow crème into the cool whip and then add the apples and snicker bars. Now I want some! lol
Where does the ice cream come in that’s in the recipe?
Hi Margaret! What looks like an ice cream topping is Cool Whip mixed with sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese. The full details are in the recipe. :-)
Just curios if it wouldn’t be better baked then add topping .
Hi Kathy! I don’t think this recipe would work baked unfortunately!
I’m looking to make this for a party tomorrow and have two questions can be made 2 questions. Can this be made the night before or will the apples brown? Is it better with the cream cheese or the pudding?
Hi Jaymelyn! You could definitely make this the night before. I like it with the cream cheese, but the pudding is great as well! I would recommend adding the apples on top the day of. :)
Can the time be shortened by placing it in the freezer…? I’m hoping to have it done in a few hours!!
That should work Auriel! :)
is that a 9 inch crust? &do you put all the caramel on top or do you mix it with the apple snickers combo?
Yes it is a 9 inch crust. I drizzled half of it on the apple mixture and half on top. :)
I was wondering how it would be if you cooked it before adding the topping to it so the chocolate is melted and if so at what temp and for how long? Other than that I’m excited to make it for thanksgiving.
Hi Bobi! This recipe doesn’t need to be baked, just refrigerated! :)
I am just wondering with this Apple snicker Pie, I got pudding instead of cream cheese do I make the pudding with the milk or do it dry with the whip cream
Hi Merilee! You just mix the dry pudding mix with the whip cream. :)
