Tips and Variations

  • Add-ins: Add a splash of vanilla extract, salt or mini chocolate chips for a richer taste in the Nutella chocolate brownies. You could even add ganache on top like I do in my homemade cosmic brownies! So fudgy!
  • Gluten-free: This Nutella brownie recipe can also be made with almond flour for an even fudgier texture that is gluten-free.
  • Nutella swirl: Add more than one Tablespoon of the chocolate hazelnut spread for a thicker swirl of Nutella on top. Nutella in brownies is the best!
  • Do not over bake them. The key to fudgy brownies with the best chocolate flavor is to under bake them! This Nutella brownies recipe will continue to ‘bake’ as they cool.
  • Serve: Add flake sea salt on the top for a sweet and salty combination that is too die for or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
