Easy Cheesecake Dip Recipe

You all know I’m a fan of my no bake cheesecake, so I thought why not make it into a dip for an easy party appetizer. This cheesecake dip has become a family favorite and I love to bring it to holiday gatherings and social events. I could eat it by the spoonful like my favorite cream cheese frosting.

This is one of those no bake desserts where I always have the ingredients on hand (at least for one of the variations), so it’s a great last minute treat! You could even cut the recipe in half if you just want a little treat for a small get together.

I’ve got a few different ways to make this cheesecake dip recipe for you today, but I have to say the caramel pecan served with waffle crisps is my favorite dessert dip!

Ingredient Notes

All you need are 5 simple ingredients for a creamy no-bake cheesecake dip recipe!

  • Cream cheese: This is the real star of the show and is what makes this dip so creamy and tangy.
  • Salted butter: I like to use salted butter to help enhance all the other flavors. Be sure it is softened, but not melted when mixing.
  • Powdered sugar: This sugar practically melts into the cream cheese and adds just the right amount of sweetness.
  • Light brown sugar: I love the depth of flavor brown sugar adds and I highly suggest using both sugars to achieve the perfect balance.
  • Vanilla extract: Just a little bit helps balance the tang of the cream cheese.
  • Optional mix-ins: I love the texture that mini chocolate chips add mini M&M’s, chopped Reese’s, nuts, caramel or chocolate sauce are great.
