What Does Each Meal Plan Contain?

While you can change the meals with our free editable meal planner template, I love to stick to a theme each week! Here is the tentative schedule for each weekly meal plan:

  • Sunday: Comfort Food 
  • Monday: One Pan Dinner
  • Tuesday: Mexican food
  • Wednesday: Seasonal soup or salad
  • Thursday: Mix it Up (Brinner, international cuisine etc)
  • Friday & Saturday: Leftovers and /or go out to eat
