What’s on the Menu
We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.
- Sunday: Enjoy a selection of New Year’s Eve appetizers! Favorites include shrimp cocktail, spinach puffs and kielbasa puffs.
- Monday: Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies is a healthy start to the new year! (browse all our healthy dinner recipes)
- Tuesday: Huevos Rancheros (serve with Rainbow Honey Lime Fruit Salad)
- Wednesday: Cabbage Soup (serve with 3 Ingredient Artisan Bread)
- Thursday: Turkey Sloppy Joes (serve with steamed vegetables)
- Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers
- Snack: No Bake Energy Balls
- Dessert: Cake Mix Banana Bread
