Fast and Easy Cheesecake Dip
You all know I’m a fan of my no bake cheesecake, so I thought why not make a dip for an easy party appetizer. This dip will quickly become a family favorite and one you will bring to all your holiday gatherings and social events. It is so good I could eat it by the spoonful like my favorite cream cheese frosting.
This is one of those no bake desserts where I always have the ingredients on hand (at least for one of the variations), so it’s a great last minute treat! You could even cut the recipe in half if you just want a little treat for a small get together.
I’ve got a few different ways to make this cheesecake dip for you today, but I have to say the caramel pecan is my favorite! Especially with those waffle crisps.
Just 5 Ingredients
That is all it takes to make a no-bake cheesecake dip the entire family will love.
Find the full printable recipe with measurements below.
- Cream cheese: This is the real star of the show and is what makes this dip so creamy and tangy.
- Salted butter: I like to use salted butter to help enhance all the other flavors. Be sure it is softened, but not melted when mixing.
- Powdered sugar: This sugar practically melts into the cream cheese and adds just the right amount of sweetness.
- Light brown sugar: I love the depth of flavor brown sugar adds and I highly suggest using both sugars to achieve the perfect balance.
- Vanilla extract: Just a little bit helps balance the tang of the cream cheese.
- Mini chocolate chips: I love the texture and sweetness the mini chocolate chips add, but you can swap them for any mix-in you prefer.
Optional Mix-Ins
- Mini M&M’s
- Chopped Reese’s
- Chopped nuts
- Caramel
- Chocolate sauce

Recipe FAQS
Absolutely! This is a great dessert to make in advance, because it can be stored up to 4 days.
Typically a no-bake cheesecake is made up of cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. I have taken my favorite ingredients from this and turned it into a fun dessert.
I highly recommend chilling as it helps bring all the ingredients together and gives the dip a bit of structure. I like to make this the night before a party and then simply add the dippers to serve.
Storing + Freezing
Storage: Cover the cheesecake in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Freeze: Wrap the cheesecake tightly in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 3 to 4 months.

Awesome! Glad it was a hit :)
How could I serve this dip for individual prepared servings?
Would I make individual muffin graham crusts or would dip be too soft?
Ideas?
You could just portion it out into mini plastic cups and add some crushed graham crackers on top :)
I know this is old now, but when I make individual cheesecakes & use a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner. They are the perfect size & taste amazing with cheesecake.

So glad you enjoyed it :)
Has anyone tried this with the “whipped” cream cheese? Just wondered if it worked just as good!
I think it would change the texture of the dip quite a bit, but it should still work!
Would this be fine to make 24 hours in advance??? Looks perfect for a party!
I think you can definitely make the cheesecake dip base in advance, but I would wait to add the toppings until the day of. Just give the cheesecake dip a stir and then add the toppings before serving! Hope you enjoy! :)
Oh yes, so good!! I need to try ALL OF THESE!!
Okay, that caramel pecan version has me DROOLING over here!! I cannot stop eating!
